PT Bruder Konstruksi Nusantara (BKN) in conjunction with PT. Borneo Prima Coal Indonesia (BPCI) are proud to announce that work commenced on the Stage 1 site mobilization on September 26, 2017 at BPCI’s Muara Teweh coal project in Central Kalimantan.
BKN has been awarded a 5 year full scope of work contract which includes initial site preparation, access roadworks, infrastructure development, clearing, stripping, overburden mining and stockpile management leading into coal production.
Initial priority activities included developing a relationship with key stakeholders within the community and 6 surrounding villages and establishing a committee to work as a liaison between the larger community and the BPCI Community Development Team.
BKN looks forward to working in partnership with PT BPCI at this site and working with the local community to provide employment and additional skills to the area.
